What's the difference between individual transfer and fast transfer?

With the "Fast Transfer" you will normally reach the islands by hydrofoil-boat (exceptions: if at the time there are no hydrofoilboat-connections or in case of rough sea).
With the "Individual Transfer" the insulatransfer -driver will assist you during the whole transfer. Going to the island of Ischia the car will embark on the ferry boat with you and you wont have to change car between the airport and your hotel.

For which flights can I book the "collectiv transfer"?

The ''Collective Transfer'' can only be booked to the island of Ischia and only for definite flights.
If you choose ''Collective Transfer'' these flights with the corresponding flight number will appear on the second page of the booking mask.

How will I find my insulatransfer-driver at the airport/trainstation?

You will be met at the exit of the airport arrivals lounge (customs clearance) or at the head of the train platform by a representative of insulatransfer with a board bearing your name.
 

Are the boat-tickets to the islands of Ischia/Capri/Procida included in the transfer price?

Yes, the boat-tickets to the islands are always included.
 

How will I get the informations and pick up time for my return transfer?

Informations and time of pick up for your return trip will be sent to your hotel by fax 48 hours before departure.
